Inspection principle
The glass empty bottle inspection machine adopts machine vision technology, which can also be said to be machine vision inspection equipment. It can inspect all parts of the bottle body in an all-round way. Residual liquid, broken upper edge of the bottle mouth, broken outer edge of the bottle mouth, broken lower edge of the bottle mouth, dirty and cracked side walls, dirty foreign objects on the bottom of the bottle, transparent film on the bottom of the bottle, broken bottom of the bottle and other defects, and online rejection.
The core of the glass bottle inspection machine lies in machine vision technology. Through the combination of light source, lens, camera and software algorithm, the accurate inspection of glass bottles is realized. Among them, for different bottle types, it is necessary to select an appropriate light source combination, which is conducive to the highest visual contrast of defective foreign objects and improves detection accuracy and accuracy. Then industrial cameras are used to collect images, and visual algorithms are used to process and classify the collected image data.

Detection effect
Our company's design plan adopts 11 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to comprehensively test the bottle mouth, bottle bottom and bottle body defects of bottle products. The whole set of testing equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and testing systems.
Software, the entrance and exit of the inspection machine can be integrated with the conveyor line, the inspection speed is 9600 pieces/hour, the equipment can be operated 7*24 hours a day, and the unqualified products can be automatically rejected.
