This program is mainly aimed at various types of milk powder caps in and meets the following testing requirements according to on-site communication needs:

2.The label is skewed, and the skew is required to be greater than 0.5mm as a non-conforming product;

3.For label reprints, two or more sheets are required to be non-conforming products. If two or more sheets are completely overlapped and have obvious characteristics, they will be detected as non-conforming products.

Injection incomplete, burrs , flash:

1.Injection incomplete in the visible range behind the box cover, and the lack of material is required to be greater than 0.5mm as a non-conforming product;

2.Burrs and flash of the rear cover of the box cover, which require burrs and flash than 0.5mm to be unqualified products.

Opening ring incomplete , broken , missing

1.Opening ring incomplete : Lack of material greater than 0.5mm is unqualified

2.Opening ring Broken: cracking greater than 1mm is unqualified

3.Opening missing : missing ring is unqualified

About the system

The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.

Inspection Details

The testing equipment needs to be regularly maintained and cleaned during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.). The testing equipment itself will not cause secondary pollution sources (such as debris, fine foam, etc.) to the tested samples.
