Ceramic plate is a kind of tableware widely used in home life and restaurants.Ceramic plate is used as the main carrier for food and drink. It is made into different shapes and colors to match different dishes.The more high-end restaurants, the higher the requirements for tableware. When the ceramic plates are manufactured and shipped, the factory usually carefully detects the appearance of the ceramic plates. Under the large market demand, the consumer experience directly affects the merchants requirements for the quality of tableware. In order to increase production efficiency, manufacturers abandon the traditional labor-intensive manual detection, and choose smart detection equipment to be grafted to their own production lines. There are good and professional sample lines, and big data intelligent algorithms can be used to update detection data in real time and discover possible problems in the production line in time.
Compatibility detection of different products involves front-end and rear-end automation mechanisms, the adjustment of the interface position of the detection machine, the adjustment of the camera focal length, and the switching application of the detection software. In actual use, the customer's need to be proficient in operation on-site.
Detection principle
Through the docking of the feeding and separating mechanism, the products are transferred to the specific detection station in a stable and orderly manner in a front-up manner, and then the high-pixel sample image taken by the industrial camera is transferred to the image processing software, which is compared with the standardized model After the analysis, the good product and the defective product are determined, and the corresponding pneumatic components are controlled to eliminate the defective product, and finally the qualified product is output. The back-end conveying platform of the detection machine can stack the tray mechanism for the receiving material.
The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, than control the defect rate.
Detection details
Our design uses 3 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to conduct a full range of visual detection for the appearance defects of the ceramic plate products. The detection speed is 150 pieces per minute. The equipment can achieve 7*24 hours running, unqualified products can be automatically rejected online.
The whole set of inspection equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and inspection system software. The entrance and exit of the detection machine can be integrated with the automation mechanism (see the design drawings for details), and can be connected to upstream and downstream production according to the specific production needs of customers on site equipment.

Detection standard
Black spots, stains, hair, foreign bodies, impurities (different colors), and maculas will be analyzed and processed according to the black spot detection index. The contrast difference of the gray value must be greater than 40, which can be effectively detected. If the sample has transparent oil stains or light black spots, and the gray value contrast difference is low (below 40), the detection effect cannot be achieved.
