Detection Principle

The PET brown medicine bottle appearance inspection equipment is equipped with 5 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras to comprehensively inspect the appearance defects of the side and outer side (around) and bottle mouth of the PET brown medicine bottle. After the sample comparison and analysis, the good and bad products are determined, and the defective products are automatically eliminated online. After the finished product is detected, the counting function can be realized, and the counting accuracy rate is 100%. The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel at the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and select the most suitable accuracy standard for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
